When we first started looking for houses in the Bozeman area, we had definite limitations that would make most Realtors scoff and possibly walk away. Specifically, we were looking for a fixer upper that was the "worst house in the best neighborhood." Our price range was right on the border of being impossible in Bozeman, and we spent about four weekends in a row travelling to Bozeman, picking up Juliana, and driving around for several hours looking at homes. With a 1 year-old, a 3 year-old and a big mutt, being in our van was probably the last place anyone would want to be. After the fourth weekend, Juliana found the house that fit our criteria. On the day of the closing, Juliana even corralled our daughters and played with them in the corner of the title company office so that we could ask questions and sign papers. From start to finish, she was an amazing Realtor and an amazing person.

Several years ago my husband and I drove into Bozeman with all our belongings in a trailer looking for a place to rent while he attended college. Rental properties were pretty scary so we decided to call a real estate agent about buying a small place. Juliana was wonderful. We had one day to look at places before I flew out of town on business. The first place we looked at met our needs perfectly. When we were ready to move on she was there for us.
Juliana found us an agent to work with in our new town. She helped us get our Bozeman home ready for sale and took care of so many details along the way. Juliana is truly a gem and we were lucky to have her on our side.
